A natural CrossFit kid…

The other day, Michael walked in to class and said… “Chris, you’ve gotta see this”, then he pulls out his cell phone and shows me this picture of his son (see below) doing Handstand Push-ups on the couch. (Notice the TV in the background, he’s watching the CrossFit Games – Handstand Push-up/Sled Drive workout on ESPN.) What’s even better is that he was doing this on his own free will with no coaching from dad. Now that’s pretty cool. Michael, your son is a natural CrossFit kid, well on his way to being the next generation of CrossFit Games competitors. We look forward to seeing this little guy at the gym!
