This is our 3rd year in a row competing in the Fight For Air Climb event. Next to "Fight Gone Bad", this is the other major fundraiser we are really excited about. Each year LaLanne Fitness provides stair climb training to all climbers. Below is a shot of me leading the warm-ups in 2009. Join us as we battle local CrossFit gyms for the team title. This will be the largest competition in CrossFit history aside from the CrossFit Games. There will be 4 exciting events on Saturday testing every aspect of your abilities you can imagine, with an epic final event that promises to be one of the most exciting events in CrossFit competition history... Prelims - Saturday February 11th 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Finals - Sunday Febuary 12th 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Finals will include the top 10 teams from each division.

Placer County Fairgrounds in Roseville, CA

What:
3 Division Team CrossFit Competition with teams of 2 men and 2 women who train regularly at the same facility.
32 Teams in each division = 384 Atheltes Total!

2012 REEBOK CROSSFIT OPEN @ LALANNE FITNESS is a six week competition that begins in March, Wednesday Nights @ 6:30 PM. This is the first step in qualifying for the 2012 REEBOK CROSSFIT GAMES. We welcome all local CrossFitters to drop-in to LALANNE FITNESS. We'll be "Opting In" to host the OPEN WOD's on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM (18:30 PST). All students planning to qualify for the Regionals as an individual or as a member of TEAM LALANNE, must show-up every Wednesday night for six weeks. We will also have a "second chance", OPEN WOD on Saturdays for LaLanne Fitness students only.
