This one-on-one session gives you a chance to learn more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout. The introduction is by appointment only and a prerequisite for taking group classes. Your first visit with one of our
certified CrossFit trainers will help us establish personal goals based on your current level of fitness. You can then choose one of several enrollment options with access to 50+ classes/week, workshops, skill clinics, nutrition education, journaling, challenges, seminars and special events at our
School of Elite Fitness.
CrossFit has been called "The Sport of Fitness" because it re-introduces personal athletic achievement and performance to training. The mindset at the start of each workout is to be stronger, faster and more efficient. This is why after years of CrossFit, my strength numbers, scores and times continue to improve and all of our athletes continue to progress.
