CrossFit Kids

A FORCE to be reckoned with!

Force to be reckoned with:someone or something that is important, powerful and must not be ignored! One of the most recent additions to TEAM LALANNE FITNESS is Tony. As a former collegiate Track and Field athlete at UC Berkeley, he specialized in the Shot Put and Discus events. This kid has a ton of raw physical talent and will be working hard to develop the nessesary CrossFit skills to help us compete at the Affiliate Cup Challenge on July 10th in Aromas, Ca.

Also, TODAY marks the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of LALANNE FITNESS!!! Thanks to everyone who helped make us a success!!!

The AFFILIATE CUP TEAM has surfaced!

After two days of challenging workouts, TEAM LALANNE FITNESS has surfaced. According to the Affiliate Cup competition rules, teams are to be comprised of four to six athletes, at least two men and two women. The additional two athletes will be allowed to rotate in according to rules forthcoming! Check out the slide-show from both Friday (by Bong) and Saturday (by Kelly). Below is a video (by Maribel) of TRY-OUT WOD #2
