I can show up at times that are convenient for me, get an AMAZING workout (that I actually look forward to doing), and still have all the personalized attention I need from the staff at Lalanne Fitness. I have been taking one-hour classes there two or three times a week for four months and have lost nearly 20lbs (and kept it off thru a vacation). Did I mention that the classes cost less than half of what I was paying for a personal trainer at SportsClubLA...

How to HOLD a Handstand:

Step 1: Keep your body vertical--this is the key to holding a handstand. Keeping your arms, legs and back in a straight line makes your handstand feel lighter and more easily accessible. Bring your belly toward your spine to maintain this alignment. Your body will first go into a minor back bend to get its balance. Because you have a natural curve in your spine, this is a normal approach to keeping your balance. Stay with your natural curve, but don't do a full back bend... Instructions

The 10 ft WALL BALL TARGET

Apparently the WALL BALL target is now 10 ft for everyone since returning from the CFGames... "When perfected, each shot looks identical to the one before, and the ball’s contact and departure are gentle and smooth. If the athlete endeavors to quiet the drill, the benefit to mechanics and breathing technique are immense. The drill can be made as difficult as needed by increasing the weight of the ball, moving back from the target, or raising the target".-Wall Ball & Functionality
