Is your GOAL more performance oriented like; run a marathon or climb Half-Dome? We are all motivated by different things, some are more tangible, aesthetic goals, while others are athletic and fitness related. I can tell you that I am driven by both. When I visit the beach, I like to feel good about taking my shirt off. If I am confident about my physical appearance, this makes me feel good. Period. When I am in the gym, I want to perform better and being competitive makes me feel good too. What are your GOALS?

PALEO RECIPE
"Spinach and Strawberry Salad"
2 bunches spinach
4 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon jiuce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat. Enjoy!
