
Our "Student Athlete of the Week" is Mike! His performance at LALANNE FITNESS can be summed up in two words..."Serious Effort". As an officer of the law, Mike is very serious about physical fitness. CrossFit is the perfect method of training for police work, which requires a general physical preparation for the unpredictable nature of life. Keep it up Mike. If there were more professionals like yourself, it would be a safer world!

WOOT WOOT! Go Mike!! Mike is an overall great guy. He is such a delight to be around. He "plays along well with others" and always gives his all. I am glad that he is a part of our LaLanne Fitness community. ![]()
