Student Athlete of the Week

Look who is making it happen...! He is our "Student Athlete of the Week". Joe is very motivated and recently decided that he wants to be more committed, now coming to class more frequently, making better food choices and keeping a journal to hold himself accountable. This will also allow him to track PROGRESSIONS! I promise you he is soon to be one of our SUCCESS STORIES.

"FILTHY FIFTY"
For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (or 35lbs dumbbell)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees (with pushup and jump)
50 Double Unders

Joe is super consistent with coming into the brick house! He is always game for anything you throw on the board. You will NEVER hear ONE complaint EVER come out of his mouth! He is a true soldier! Congrats Joe!!! You deserve this recognition!! smile

On one WOD, Joe asked Chris, "Shouldn't we do 5 rounds instead of just 3?" Beast.
