This is our 3rd year in a row competing in the FIGHT FOR AIT CLIMB event. Next to "Fight Gone Bad", this is the only other major fundraiser we are really excited about. THE CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN - ARE YOU IN or OUT?

THE CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN is a six-week competition that will begin Tuesday, March 15th at 17:00 PDT. This competition is the first step in qualifying for the 2011 CrossFit Games. Each week, one event will be announced each Tuesday, and everyone has until the following Sunday at 17:00 PDT to complete the event and record their scores. We welcome all local CrossFitters to drop-in to LALANNE FITNESS. We'll be "Opting In" to host the OPEN WOD's on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM (18:30 PST). All students planning to qualify for the Regionals as an individual or as a member of TEAM LALANNE, must show-up every Wednesday night for six weeks to make it happen. We will also have a "second chance", OPEN WOD on Saturdays at 12:30 PM.
