150 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 / 2 pood)
PALEO RECIPE
Ground Turkey Soup (10 minute prep time)
6 ounces ground turkey
1 green pepper
1 white onion
1 zucchini, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tomoatoes, boiled
1 tbsp coriander
Olive oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Sautee olive oil, onion, coriander, garlic in skillet. Add turkey and cook until brown. Add vegetables and tomatoes, serve.
