Student Athlete of the Week

A well deserving "Student Athlete of the Week" award goes to BILL. He's been working his tail off and making tons of progress in both fitness and skill over the past few months. Bill is very consistent, which is the key to real results. I can see him getting stronger and handling heavier loads in the very near future... Keep it up BILL!

Workout of the Day
For time:
Swim 1 mile

PALEO RECIPE
"Tasty Salmon Burgers"
2 pounds fresh salmon, skin removed
2 egg whites
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp chopped fresh dill
4 large lettuce leaves, washed
Mince all the salmon, blend on high. Place all the salmon in a large bowl and combine with the egg whites, mustard, salt, and dill. Form 4 patties, each 3/4 inch thick. Place on a medium-hot grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve on lettuce leaves, in lieu of buns.
