MORE FITNESS. Fran is a classic Workout of the Day that is very well recognized in the community. The short length of this workout makes for an exciting event. This opportunity to measure your performance improvement is extremely important. The motivation of the crowd watching the challenge is rewarding, I encourage each student to participate.
