Are you ready for an OUTDOOR WORKOUT?

Once a week, we get together for an OUTDOOR WORKOUT at 12 noon on Thursday! This is a regular part of our program and it allows everyone a chance to get outside the box! Workout of the Day
"Kettlebell Relay-Race"
Ten rounds for time:
(5 rounds per person)
Run 200m
15 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pood

PALEO RECIPE
"Apple and Almond Shake"
Ingredients:
½ cup water
4 ice cubes
½ cup diced green apple
¼ cup raw almonds
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Place ingredients into a blender and bend for 1min.
