1,000 Squats
PALEO RECIPE
"Peach Cream Shake"
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup water
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup coconut milk
Place ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
