"Today's WOD (Sat. Feb. 18) is in honor of Molly's father who passed away unexpectedly last week. Although we never quite had the pleasure to get to know Mr.Fuller, we do know that he raised a pretty amazing daughter. Earlier this month we announced our athletes of the year for 2011, TJ Istvan and Molly Fuller. Molly is one of the friendliest and most modest people I know. She is the first person to introduce herself to a new student and make them feel welcome immediately. She is also no stranger to friendly competition. It has been fun to watch her grow as an athlete. I remember at the CrossFit Games in Aromas a few years back when our team almost DNF'd the first WOD because Molly couldn't quite hit the wall ball target. Cut to her years later and she is kicking ass and taking names, all the while maintaining the sweetest smile and positive attitude. My heart aches for her loss. We are all here for you and your family, Molly. We would like to honor "Jim" with a Scotty Special for today's WOD. May he rest in peace."
