"Mr. Joshua"
Five rounds for time:
Run 400m
30 GHD Sit-Ups
15 Deadlifts (#250/155)

PALEO RECIPE
"Banana Cinnamon Shake"
3 ice-cubes
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 banana
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Sprinkle cinnamon
Place ingredients into a blender and bend for 30 seconds.
