PALEO RECIPE
Chinese Chicken Salad (15-minute prep time)
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/3 cup chopped green onion
Black pepper
Sea salt
Whisk salt, pepper, honey, seasoned salt, olive oil, and sesame seed oil in a bowl for 1 minute. Allow dressing to set for 3 hours. Chop lettuce finely in a large bowl, add shredded chicken and onions. Toast almonds in skillet until brown. Drizzle dressing over salad just prior to serving, top with almonds.
