Kate’s “1-arm” HANDSTAND!

You are looking at former "Student Athlete of the Week", Kate! She reached another one of her fitness goals recent... the "1-ARM HANDSTAND."

Workout of the Day
"Lynne"
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

PALEO RECIPE
"Parsley, Lemon Filet of Sole"
1 pound sole fillets
ΒΌ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in an un-greased baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and oil; sprinkle with pepper. Arrange onion slices over fish; sprinkle with parsley. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
