They run a tight ship here and the people that are in the class are encouraging. It's a good atmosphere and everyone pushes you to your limits and beyond. If you are serious and want to look and feel good, give them a try...

The PALEO DIET with CHRIS LALANNE by JULIAN MARQUEZ

A big thank you to JULIAN MARQUEZ for the amazing video production! This is the cherry on top of a very professional project from start to finish. A special thanks to Molly Fuller and Stephen Gibbs of Hands on Gourmet and their entire team of chefs. Most importantly, I would like to thank the The Brickhouse Family for making this the most enjoyable "special event" to date! We anticipate this becoming a regular part of our program as we continue to create awareness and inspire healthy changes with CrossFit and The Paleo Diet. If you are ready to make these changes yourself, don't miss your chance to join the 12-WEEK FAT LOSS CHALLENGE that will include a few of these COOKING CLASSES!
