PALEO RECIPE
"Veggie Stuffed Mushrooms"
1 lb. large mushrooms
1/2 cup brocolli, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove stems off mushrooms, chop and add to bowl with brocolli, carrots onion with olive oil and salt. Stuff mushroom caps and place face up on baking pan, bake for 15-20 minutes.
