LALANNE FITNESS. Attention to mechanics and quality of movement is the key to long term health and performance improvements. We begin by learning the fundamental movements. Advancing to more difficult exercises only until we have mastered the basics. This is known as
virtuosity. Here's my general rule of progression... 1st. Mechanics (learn how to do it right), 2nd. Consistency (do it right consistently over a period of weeks/months) and 3rd. Intensity (start to increase the intensity when you are ready!)
