PALEO RECIPE
"Banana Colada Smoothie"
2 bananas, broken into chunks
1/2 cup shredded coconut meat
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
6 cups crushed ice
Combine all ingredients; blend for 30 seconds.
