The LALANNE FITNESS "Student Athlete of the Week" is
ROB L. On Saturday, he finished one of the most grueling cross-country trail races in the world, the
QUAD DIPSEA, which covers the 7.1 mile distance from Mill Valley to Stinson beach, 4 TIMES (Over 9,000 ft of elevation across 28.4 miles) in the rain.
Here's the VIDEO of ROB finishing 105th out of 250 at 6 hours 30 minutes. Below is a shot of him standing tall at the finish line - with the support of his girlfriend. Dude, you are an animal. This is a real accomplishment and we're all very impressed.

"Was hoping for a faster time, but I'm gonna take it for my first effort in an Ultra event. However, was pretty happy considering I trained for it exclusively with CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance and felt good... Thanks for all the help. LaLanne Fitness has been an amazing experience for me and please tell the coaches; Nat, Scott, Mike and Will thank you for all the attention and motivation they provide on a daily basis."
