The LALANNE FITNESS "Student Athlete of the Week" is Bong. He has been a major presence at the "Brickhouse" since our first month of classes. This guy has a real passion for CrossFit and is always looking to improve on his previous performance.
Bong is very friendly and makes everyone feel at home from day one. We are lucky to have such a positive individual walking into the gym each week. We thank you for all of your effort and enthusiasm in the community!

can still remember your first WOD. You were dying, but we wouldn't let you quit...nor did you intend to quit! The whole class jumped in to do the last of the burpeeswith you for moral support. Watching and being a part of that brought a tear to myeyes... we leave no man behind. You fit right in. You are much more fit and now when you finish a WOD, you pay it forward with plenty of moral support for your peers. Thanks for being one of the "Brickhouse OG's."
