The ANIMAL moves…

There are several ANIMAL warm-up moves that we throw on the board at The Brickhouse. These are simple, effective ways to raise the body temp. while exposing the core and extremities to a dynamic range of motion. In addition to more specific movement prep, which leads into skill/strength development, an adequate general warm-up is an essential part of any fitness program. The "Duck Walk" (below), "Bear Crawl" and "Crab Walk" are just a few of the fun, easy ways we get ready for the WOD.

7 DB Hang Squat Cleans #40/25
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Box Jumps "24/20

PALEO RECIPE
"Kelp Noodle Salad" -kelpnoodles.com
Kelp Noodles
Honey Mustard Dressing
Cucumbers, sliced
Carrots, sliced
Apples, thinly sliced
Salt, to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Salt to taste.
