THE FUTURE OF FITNESS!!!

The future of fitness is shorter, higher intensity workouts. Here at LALANNE FITNESS, the Workout of the Day is a timed event, usually 20 minutes or less. Our students track all of their results, which are measurable, observable and repeatable performances! CrossFit is The Sport of Fitness.

Today's Workout
"The Exhibition"
Three rounds of:
Thruster
Box Jump
Kettle Bell Swing
Wall Ball
Row(cal)
One five minute round is comprised of one minute at each station.
Two minutes of rest ia allowed between rounds.
Clock does not stop between exercises or rounds.
Each round is scored by the sum total of reps.
