...My workouts consisted of a lot of aerobic exercise (spin classes mostly), some occasional boxing classes and a little bit of weight machines. I sweated a lot, but never really put on any muscle mass of any sort and just was a calorie burning engine. I let my "workout" convince me that I could eat anything. My little heart-rate monitor would tell me I would burn at least a 1,000 calories during a spin class.
