"One of the main takeaways from today is that I have been able to increase my 1RM DL primarily through CF training. A big concern for me was that I'd lose 1RM strength in a tradeoff to lose fat and gain conditioning by introducing CF training and adjusting my diet. While it may be true for some lifts, I think the balance achieved by strengthening my core and hips has reinforced weaknesses in my DL."-Richard pulls a respectable 385 (see below) lbs!
