Once in a while, we have a student join our program with a high level of both fitness and skill. I am referring to ZEB... a 20 year old kid who is a self-taught CrossFitter! As a collegiate level wrestler, he's been busting his but all summer long in preparation for the upcoming season. Here's a
highlight reel of him last year at 149 lbs. I am confident he is stronger and more powerful than ever before after several months at LALANNE FINTESS. Unfortunately he has headed back to Williams College in Northwestern Massachusetts. Farewell Zeb, your energy and effort will be missed, hopefully we'll see you at the CrossFit Games next year!

Ingredients
½ cup water
½ cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1 small banana
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Place ingredients into a blender and bend for 30 seconds.
