Classes will resume at our NEW LOCATION - 414 BRANNAN STREET (upstairs) tomorrow morning at 6:00 AM. The first workout will start by finding your 1 REP MAX OVERHEAD SQUAT and YES every one of you can look forward to DROPPING THE WEIGHT:) or shall we say "missing a lift." Have FUN!

This is our 3rd year in a row competing in the FIGHT FOR AIT CLIMB event. Next to "Fight Gone Bad", this is the only other major fundraiser we are really excited about.
