When you think you have done all you can and you're on the verge of quitting, Chris will push you and you'll bang out the last of the workout and it is indescribable how good that feels.

I hesitated to join some "regular" gym because it's all individual and I know myself and I don't push myself as hard as you need to go to get in real shape.
