His uncle Jack has been a major influence since day one. He feels honored to follow in the foot steps of a man who has helped so many and truly made a difference in our world. Here's a clip from the Grand Opening of LALANNE FITNESS.

At the NorCal Sectionals in 2010, he took 12 place, advancing to the Southwest Regional.

After following the Paleo Diet for just one week, his strength and energy skyrocked beyond imagination. He's been helping others feel better and look better ever since, by teaching the Paleo Diet lifestyle. His students have demonstrated weight loss, increased athletic performance and reversal of autoimmune diseases when practicing a combination of CrossFit and The Paleo Diet. Chris is a member of The Paleo Diet team of experts.

Aaron Morales

LaLanne Fitness imageAaron Morales attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he earned his degree in Philosophy. In college he tried to get that body builder physique, but with little athletic background or coaching, he quickly reached a plateau and lost interest in fitness.

In the summer of 2009, he was invited to try CrossFit. After years of thinking that there had to be a fitness program for inexperienced athletes and professional athletes alike, he finally found the program he was seeking.

He moved to San Francisco in July 2010 to work in law. His love for CrossFit and dedication to fitness led him to the doors of Lalanne Fitness within 24 hours of moving to the bay area. Inspired by the passionate and highly skilled coaching at Lalanne Fitness, he decided to get his CrossFit Level I certification in April 2011. In his coaching he strives to motivate athletes and provide training advice that will allow athletes to continue to make physical gains for years to come.

In the future, Aaron plans to attend physical therapy school and would like to continue working with athletes after graduation.

Check out Aaron’s early morning classes, movement introduction seminar, and mobility and positioning seminar.

Ty Texidor

LaLanne Fitness imageI chose a Sports Medicine/Athletic Training major when an ankle injury sustained senior year in high school threatened my season. The doctor told me I would be out for 6 weeks. I went to the Certified Athletic Trainer and through structured rehabilitation and proper use of modalities, was back on the court in 1 week. I knew then and there what I wanted to learn. I started working in the sports medicine field in 1999. I have been fortunate enough to work as Head Athletic Trainer for a championship high school in the Miami area, at the collegiate level and was able to gain some experience overseas. I made the easy transition to personal training in 2003 and have since made it my career. I was able to take my rehabilitation and sports specific knowledge and apply it to the gym giving clients not only what they want but also what they need.

In starting crossfit in February of '09 I found the perfect compliment to my training style. I saw my mind and body transform in no time at all. The competitive atmosphere made me want to succeed and I have never looked back. I am looking forward to combining all that I have learned so that we can develop stronger, leaner, faster, better athletes every day WOD by WOD.
