As the Grand Nephew of fitness legend Jack LaLanne, Chris is dedicated to helping people improve their health and quality of life. Chris LaLanne has a name that is synonymous with fitness. His experience supports a deep-rooted passion for the physical culture Jack LaLanne pioneered.
Chris can be heard on the "Jack LaLanne Live" radio show every Monday @ 9am (PST). He is also part of the community at www.jacklalanne.com!
While studying Exercise Science at San Diego State University, Chris applied what he was learning. Inspired by his uncle Jack, Chris took up competitive weightlifting and open-water ocean swimming. After Graduating with a BS in Kinesiology, he went on to work for the Kansas City Royals Baseball Club as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Chris is active in the local community as a contributing writer for the Castro Valley Forum newspaper.
