Saturday went to my Crunch fitness and did the following WOD. Missed the early classes on Saturday so figured I would give it a go at my other gym. Definitely not the same intensity level as when you are doing it with others. Also couldn't really time it, but not a bad workout overall. My right trap felt weird on the bench press so I didn't go overly heavy.
400 meter run warm up
5x5 wall push ups. balance was a bit better but need hands closer to the wall.
6x3 bench. 1 warm up set of 20 or so a 135lbs. 5 sets of 3 at 185 to 225lbs.
21/18/15/9/6/3
Kettle bell swings with a "1".
Knees to elbows. still killers. stoopid weak core.
Jump rope. tried a few doubles. just need to practice to get the timing right.
400 meter run at the end at 10 on the treadmill.

Baseline: 4:20
Knocked 20 seconds off my time from yesterday. At this rate I should have it down to about 7 seconds total in a few week. Noooooooooooo, that would be silly.
Power Clean 5x3. My form is....well there isn't much form...
Definitely liked the exercise but need to work on chaining it all together.
Only used 65lbs while trying to get the form down.

Used 1 pod (if that is what they are called) kettle bells.

Definitely got the intensity up.
Gareth and Jim are really helping me out. I totally appreciate it.

My First WOD ever.

Could have pushed harder in a few areas but didn't have a good idea of the total amount of effort so I didn't want to gas out ahead of time. Feel pretty good afterwards. Think I could definitely go again tomorrow but we'll see how the legs feel. Left knee feels a little tweaky.

Basline time 4:40.
Didn't kill myself, as I wasn't sure how gassed I would be by the end...
Definitely had a good sweat going tho by the end.
