11 am zone bar
**workout** (felt horrible and think that I didn't eat enough)
2 pm 3 hard boiled egg whites
4 pm zone fit bar, apple with 1 tsp peanut butter and 2 oz of tuna
8 pm 2 small pieces of organic flatbread veggie pizza & 2 oz of tuna
10 pm 1/2 apple with 1 tsp peanut butter

4 pm 1/2 cucumber (sliced), 2.5 oz tuna, 2 kiwi and oil/vinegar
6 pm tangello
7:30 pm 1t hummus and a few small pieces of pita

12 pm 1/2 c yogurt & 1/2 nectarine
2:30 pm 1/2 purefit bar & a small apple
5 pm 1/2c gnocci
7 pm small apple
10 pm 3 oz flat bread ham & gruyere pizza

Today was really bad for the diet. Where are my veggies?? Geez. Tomorrow is a full veggie day!

3:30 pm 1/4c steamed beets, 1c steamed broccoli, 1/4c butter lettuce, 2oz salmon, olive oil & balsamic
6:30 pm zone bar
7 pm few bites of funnel cake & ~2oz swirl soft serve (pulled into this one)
9 pm 3 pieces of sushi

**really messed up on the eating patterns today**

11 am meal replacement shake
2 pm chicken pesto sandwich
4:30 pm 1c steamed broccoli
8 pm 1 small piece each of hamachi and lobster, 3 oz grilled salmon, ~1/4c grand marnier souffle *gasp*

2:15 pm 1.5 cup mix cucumber and cherry tomato mix with a meal replacement shake (ick)

9:30 pm 1/2 c cereal (lazy ass and didn't want to make food)

**work out @ LL-CF** (should have had a snack...I was dragging more than usual today)**

4 pm 1c butter lettuce, 2 oz tuna, 2 hard boiled egg whites, 3/4c steamed broccoli and 1/2 piece of toast (I was starving and my eating schedule got a bit screwed...I missed my morning snack)
7:30 pm 1/2 purefit bar & tangelo
9:30 pm falafel (olive oil), mint yogurt, cucumbers, tomatoes and pita

10:30 am 1 hard boiled egg white, 1 pink grapefruit and half a piece of toast (I was hungry again...)

1:45 pm 2 oz tuna, 1/2 c steamed broccoli, 1/4c celery
4:00 pm meal replacement shake (nasty)
7:00 pm zone bar & 1 small apple
10:00 pm 2 small pieces of organic veggie pizza & 1c butter lettuce salad with red beats and cherry tomatoes

I felt pretty good when I woke up. I'm not too dehydrated today and my allergies aren't bothering me quite as much.

I was super hungry and tired all day long.

8 pm: 1 glass of sparkling wine

I felt OK today. It wasn't my highest energy day. I was still suffering from my heavy 4 course meal at Fleur de Lys from the night before (yum). Where are my veggies? I didn't have any today, yikes!
