3 am - Cliff Builder Bar

9 am - Protein Shake, coffee

1030 am - Cliff Builder bar, coffee

Noon - Handful of Cashews and banana

2 pm - Green salad, green tea

4 pm - 14oz Muscle Milk Light, handful Cashews and Almonds

530 pm - handful of pretzel thins

8 pm - Chicken Cobb salad w/ cucumbers, tomatos, avocado, snap peas, hard boiled egg white and balsamic vinaigrette

9 pm - Smoothie with Greek yogurt, soymilk and mixed berries


* 80 oz water

* 24 oz Coconut water

* 8 grams fish oil

1am - Cliff Builder Bar
