2/11-Ate Paleo, don't remember exactly what...

2/12-Did Paleo for breakfast, but had a tuna fish sandwich with some Cheetos during the hike. Ate Paleo grilled shrimp, teri marinated steak, with small amount of mashed potatoes for dinner. Also, had some beers & the best smore! (I figured out the perfect technique for a smore)

2/13-A couple hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, fruit, & coffee
Then off to Santa Cruz!!

Dinner-Clam chowder, prawn cocktail, oysters, & king crab legs with butter. A few glasses of sparkling wine. Weather was freezing, so headed back to the hotel to watch the grammy's & ordered in lemon cheesecake & some kind of chocolate lava cake. Both were very delish!!

2/14-Don't remember exactly, but knew it wasn't Paleo...

Being a nightshifter & Crossfitter really caught up to me today. Pretty much ate one meal for almost 24 hrs. I really needed to sleep.

9am-2 Hard-boiled eggs, 2 turkey bacon, over a bed of spinach garnished with garlic & scallions

5pm-Chilean Sea Bass Papillote (from Cordain's Paleo book), over bed of leeks & carrots. The fish was very yummy! I sprinkled some sea salt over it, because I really needed a salt fix. This is a very tasty fish. I made my delish, but very not healthy or paleo mashed potatoes for E, which went really well with the fish. She said it was the best mashed yet! Way to rub it in...Weird enough though, I wasn't even that bummed that I couldn't eat it.

11p-Slices of deli turkey

2am-Cup of pistachios (roasted/unsalted) & bowl of grapes & cherries

Rest of this day (1/26), don't remember what I ate. I did Paleo on 1/27 & 1/28, but don't remember the details. On 1/29 & 1/30, did not do Paleo. Ate whatever & drank whatever.

3pm-Banana Blast Smoothie & hard boiled egg

7pm-Coffee before work

1030pm-Left over paleo pot roast

1am-Handful of pistachios & an orange

4am-Hard boiled egg

Still been really good about not drinking soda. I should be drinking more water though.
