Noon-Teri chicken, 8 pieces Sake Sashimi with Wasabe & Soy Sauce

7pm-Left over Braised Pork Shoulder

Snacked throughout the night till 1am on Dried Hot Cuttlefish, Tangerine, Hard Boiled egg, & 3 pieces of Gyoza. The Cuttlefish & Gyoza were not Paleo, but I need to go shopping for food. Not the best picks, but not the worse.

1/18/11-12 hr night shift

Noon-Banana Blast Smoothie (from Cordain's Paleo book). I usually hate any protein drinks, especially with flaxseed, but really liked this. I added a half banana more to the mix & it was yummy!!

4pm-Hard Boiled egg & an orange

6pm-Erika's yummy chicken, peas, onions, olive oil, & mushroom recipe. I know I shouldn't be eating peas, but I love this meal, so couldn't pass it up. I usually eat it topped over penne pasta, but left this out so didn't feel so bad about the peas:)

7pm-Coffee before work

10pm-Handful of black berries & some almonds

330am-Leftover stir fry beef tip with red peppers-love this meal & can't wait to make it again. Munched on some almonds

Noon (when I woke up)-Hard boiled egg & a piece of watermelon. Went to the 1pm CrossFit class & so didn't have as big/good a breakfast as I would have liked.

5pm-Stir Beef Fry Salad (from Wolf's Paleo book). Liked the stir fry part, but didn't particularly like adding it over mixed greens & dressing with balsamic vinegar & olive oil. Next time, I'll do the stir fry part & just add other veggies to the stir fry.

10pm-Paleo Tilapia Tacos (from Cordain's Paleo book)-added over it my homemade pico de gallo & guacamole (both of which probably have much more salt than I should be having, however, I didn't really eat anything salty the whole day, so thought it wouldn't be too bad. Plus it was deeeelish!!), wrapped in butter lettuce

2am-Handful of almonds

From 1/11-16 I ate & drank everything & anything I shouldn't. Although I had an awesome birthday week, my body felt horrible & I am excited about getting back into CrossFit & Paleo again.

10:30 am-Hard boiled egg, one avocado

6:30 pm-Bison stuffed bell pepper (from Cordain's Paleo book), asparagus, roasted green beans-did not really care for this recipe. Really liked the bison, but not the recipe as a whole.

6:45 pm-coffee before work

2am-2 bell peppers, one stuffed with leftover bison, left over asparagus & roasted beans

Don't really remember the rest of what I ate this day....

1/7/11-8 hr night shift

10am-Shrimp Scramble (from Cordain's Paleo book) with onions, dill, & basil-yummy!! Made some for myself & E. She was very skeptical & said she only wanted a bite because she doesn't do seafood for breakfast. Of course I made her the same portion as me, to which she sarcastically replied "You're incredible. I said I only wanted a bite." However, after one bite, she proclaimed, "This is actually delicious!" and cleaned off her entire plate, lol. Also had half an avocado & some cantaloupe.

7pm-Baked salmon with pecans, dill, rosemary, parsley, & sea salt-delicious!!, asparagus, spinach with broccoli (from Cordain's Paleo book)

9pm-Coffee before work

3am-Turkey slices, grapes, melon
