breakfast:
3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt, 1 apple / peanut butter

lunch:
tuna salad sandwich w/ 1 tbsp mayo, whole wheat bread, 2 handfuls raw-nut mix

snack:
post workout ISO 42 protein shake

dinner:
6 oz pasta w/ marinara, chicken parmigan, glass of oj

3 egg omlette w/ 3 oz turkey and 1/2 tomato.

lunch:
protein shake w/ 2 scoops and mixed berries

dinner:
15 chicken wings w/ ranch.

Philly cheese steak w/ a 1/4 portion of the fries they gave me

dinner:
double turkey burger, mayo, 1 slice of low fat cheese, wheat bread.

1 non fat chicken salad sandwich w/ slice of low-fat cheese, 6 strawberries, 8 almonds

lunch:
cliff bar, 1 cup coffee

dinner:
protein shake w/ 2 scoops protein, berries, oj and banana
2 double cheeseburger form McDonalds. 6 beers.

large spinach salad w/ olive oil, blue cheese, sunflower seeds, and carrots

protein shake w/ oj, fruit, and powder

dinner:
soy and brown rice pilaf
asparagus w/ olive oil
baked chicken w/ feta and cranberries

Mon: 9/15

breakfast:
glass of oj
clift bar
1.5 c coffee

lunch:
flatbread salad from quizos w/ half the dressing

dinner:
arugala salad w/ tomatoes and olive oil
ground turkey w/ 3 egg omlette, 1 piece of whole wheat toast
