My goals are mostly technical.
Right now areas that I am struggling in are liking my pull ups together. I can consistently do three, sometimes I can do 5. I would like to get the timing figured out so I can keep stringing them together.
I think that if I continue to bring my flip camera in and have a coach film me, I will keep seeing the places where I lose the timing or technique.
The lifts I would like to improve on are the power clean and anything else that has to come from the floor. I always seem to loose the momentum. I can get a lot of weight over my head from the hanging position, but there is a disconnect when I have to pick it up from the floor.
As for competitions, I would like to try to do more locally- seeing as I don't fence competitively any longer I need to have something else in place to help keep me grounded.
