Also, if anyone is interested, I was considering ordering jerky from US Wellness Meats, they seem to be the cheapest source of grass fed jerky I’ve been able to find, but it really only makes sense if you order in bulk.

I have no need for 6 lbs of jerky by myself (especially since I haven’t tried it yet), but if we get a couple people to go in on it, it should be relatively affordable.

There are also Primal Pacs (http://www.primalpacs.com/), but I haven’t tried them.

I eat a lot of jerky and nuts… dried fruit tends to have a lot of sugar. If I am prepping ahead of time and it won’t be too long, cut up peppers or other raw veggies or hard-boiled eggs.

Out of the bars, some of the Kind bars are nuts and fruit mostly, so aren’t a bad desperation choice.

I’m trying to do Paleo while I travel for work and find that protein bars are really convenient.  But which ones if any are good?  This company below sells “Paleo Bars” but they have whey protein in them?

Thoughts?
