havent been keeping up with this as ive been incredibly busy at work.
ive been sticking to paleo at least one meal/day, but i broke today. only pasta was available at lunch and i had pizza for dinner. pretty embarrassed to write that.
controlling my diet when working incredibly hard has been challenging. a lot of times i will skip meals and eat very little in a day, and then take a day off from my diet as a result.
paleo kits will be a good way to temper this going forward and i will focus on them more as a main portion of my diet
