SLEEP: Consistently getting 7-8 HOURS now... smile
INTERMITTENT FASTING: Starting this every other day for 30 days. Alternating: 2 meals - skip dinner one day, 4-5 meals the next day.

Taking a break from my Paleo Nutrition Log this week to shed some light on a few TIPS to help accelerate your fat loss results...

"Intermittent fasting (IF) is a pattern of eating in which one alternates between periods of fasting (typically consuming only water) and non-fasting. A specific form of IF is alternate day fasting (ADF), which is a 48-hour routine typically composed of a 24-hour fast followed by a 24-hour non-fasting period (also known as every other day (EOD) fasting, or sometimes every other day feeding (EODF)."

After 2 weeks of strict-paleo, the cheat meals over the past few days have really jacked me up. Some grains, dairy, maybe some lard? and sugar is all it took to cause me serious GI distress. As of today... and especially after the recent pain and suffering, I am done with cheating for good, definitely until the end of the 12- WEEK FL CHALLENGE.
