(A built in day of eating non-paleo or whatever, this is to be expected once a week)
BTW... This only works if you are eating very clean M-F and it actually works with my Carb-Cycling strategy.

1/4 GAL H20... can't seem to up it!

Today was a much higher "good carb" day than yesterday! In general, I plan to take in fruit post-WOD and takein veggies/salad at all other meals, or just skip the carbs altogether. This carb cycling, zig-zag from day to day is working. I am looking leaner and feeling great the next morning after a "LOWER-carb" day in which I eat only PRO+FAT at each meal and maybe finish with a big salad or veggies for dinner. I could write about MACRO-nutrient timing all day but the bottom line is... If you want to drop bodyfat, delete carbs. However, don't expect to delete your previous PR's in the gym that day. It's a trade off!

Plan to go LOW-er carb for the next few days, then load up a bit friday going into "JACKIE"!!!
