Kaiser Half Marathon

Time 2 hours

I felt good. I paced myself most of the race and picked up the speed the last mile.

Warmup
800 m run

Skills
Forward rolls.
Shoulder rolls (these were hard for me).

Pull ups. just worked on form

Deadlifts. 115 (heavy but good challenge for me)

WOD for time:
30 burpees
30 deadlifts - 95 pounds. Had to drop down weight for last 7 to ensure proper form-

Time: about 11 min
