225 - the pull ups killed me, totally blew it on this part.

2/12/11 saturday 9:30 class, brought my BF Kerry, she was worked!

mile for time (under 9) in my vibrams - sore achilles!

5rds/4 min - 1 min rest in between
3 x power snatch 45
6 push ups
9 air squats
got through 24 total.

Spent the rest of the day walking SF (mostly GGP). about 5 miles I'd say. Good day.
