9.40am - 4 almonds, 1 cup tea with 2 tbsp non-fat milk and 1 packet sweet and low
12.15pm - half of a Chipotle burrito. one burrito consists of large torilla, 1/2 c. bell peppers and onions, 2/3 c. rice, 1/2 c. chicken, 1/3 c. black beans, 1/2 c. lettuce, 1/4 c. pico de gallo, 1/4 c. cheese, 2 tbsp sour cream
2 c. water with crystal light
5.15pm - 2 c. tortilla chips, 1/2 c. salsa
7.45pm - 2 c. water
