8am - 1 c. granola cereal with 3/4 c. non-fat milk, 1 c. tea with 2 tbsp non-fat milk and 1 packet Sweet & Low

10.30am - 5 Wheat Thins (salt sounded good)

11am - finished the second half of my burrito from 10/1, 2 c. water with crystal light.

6.45am - reduced fat cranberry apple bran muffin from Peet's. Medium whole fat (forgot to get fat free!!) sugarfree vanilla latte.

11.30am - 2.5 c. Italian wedding soup (1/4 c. sausage, 1/2 c. noodles, 1/4 c. spinach), 1 slice french bread
3 c. water with crystal light

5.00pm - 1 diet coke, 1 wheat english muffin with 1.5 oz. jack cheese and 2.5 oz. smoked ham and mustard, 1 oz. SPicy Nacho Doritos.

6-7.30pm - 1.5 liters H2O

8pm - 1/2 can of Diet Coke

5.30am - small wheat bagel with 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese; 1 cup tea with 2 tbsp non-fat milk and 1 packet sweet and low

9.40am - 4 almonds, 1 cup tea with 2 tbsp non-fat milk and 1 packet sweet and low

12.15pm - half of a Chipotle burrito. one burrito consists of large torilla, 1/2 c. bell peppers and onions, 2/3 c. rice, 1/2 c. chicken, 1/3 c. black beans, 1/2 c. lettuce, 1/4 c. pico de gallo, 1/4 c. cheese, 2 tbsp sour cream
2 c. water with crystal light

5.15pm - 2 c. tortilla chips, 1/2 c. salsa

7.45pm - 2 c. water
