Squat snatch
** worked up to 105#, felt ok
WOD
25 squat snatches @ 75# (r/x = 95#)
400 m run
25 KB snatches, right arm @ 30# dumbell (r/x = 1.5pd)
400 m run
25 KB snatches, left arm
400m run
25 squat snatches

** Doing one armed snatches with KB seems dumb and hurt my wrists. the dumbbell was much more stable.
** i've been better at getting my workouts in lately, added like 4 historical ones today. Feels really good to be back at LLF.
** traveling again this weekend but i feel like im getting back in the groove.

update:
My mom passed away last week so i've been out of town and being completely unhealthy. Even though i'm not a super regular at LLF i feel like you guys are part of my extended family. i guess sweating and gasping brings people closer. anyways, i cant wait for sarah to kick my ass with some wod. see you guys soon. call your parents.

** holy back squats! so, my wrist is getting better but not nearly 100%. i'm really having a hard time getting to LLF which is a huge bummer. it's looking like this week is shot too.

** short term goals: get back to LLF. im traveling for the next 3 weeks on and off so keeping up a workout schedule is going to be tough. 3xweek exercise

** been a while since i updated this. ive been doing a bunch of rehab on my wrist. pretty sure i messed up some tendons trying muscle ups a while ago but i really have no idea. i could barely lift a cup of coffee for a while. it's starting to get a bit better but im under dr's orders to take it easy, going to a chiro + rehab. cant wait to get back to xfit, but im pretty sure there are very few workouts i can do until this gets a bit better. hopefully this week.
