Dinner:
12oz Sirloin Tip Steak cooked w/ curry and coconut milk
2 cups of Kale
2 tsp of Cod Liver Oil
2oz of very dark chocolate
Feels good to be back making my own meals after being on the road most of last week. My stomach really does feel alot better when I eat paleo, so I'm going to stick with it 95% of the time even though all the contests are over for now (still leaving room for the occasional cheat meals as I never want to be the guy who complains about the menu choices at the restaurant or what so-and-so made for dinner at a party, etc. ).

Back on the wagon! I knew this weekend was going to be bad, but got back on the train as soon as I got back to the city. To tell you the truth, eating non-paleo was pretty unpleasant as my digestive system wanted no part of it. It's crazy how quickly your body can tell you what it likes and what it doesn't. Time to get back to the gym and sweat out all the toxins!
