8:30am breakfast: 1 egg muffin with turkey and veggies, 1 chicken sausage. 1/4 avocado, blueberries

12:00pm Lunch: salad with spinach, cabbage, sun dried tomatoes, chicken, sliced almonds, lemon olive oil. 1 apple

4:00pm Snack- raw carrots and bell pepper, 1 coconut wrap with shrimp

8:00pm- Dinner- steamed green beans. Salad with mixed veggies and balsamic onions, artichoke hearts. Paleo meatloaf, sauteed eggplant.1 glass coconut water

Monday Nov 28th
8:30am Breakfast: egg, veggies and turkey topped with avocado. blueberries

12:00pm Lunch: salad with spinach, cabbage, sun dried tomatoes, chicken, sliced almonds, lemon olive oil. 1 pear

4:00pm Snack- raw carrots and bell pepper, 1 coconut wrap with shrimp

6:30pm-Preworkout snack- ground turkey

8:00pm- Dinner- steamed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Paleo meatloaf, sauteed eggplant. ! glass coconut water

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 sausage, 1 pure cocount wrap, spinach and blueberries

Lunch: salad with lettuce, veggies, shrimp, sliced almonds, oil and lemon dressing. 1 apple

Snack: 3 turkey slices, avocado, raw veggies

Dinner: butternut squash, chicken with veggies sauteed in a bit of olive oil, 1 cocount water

Snack: 1 banana, raisins, a bit of cocunt milk, 1 T of coco flavored almond butter. A bit of ff cool whip.

Ok, I am back to logging now. I do much better when I log and am accountable.

Monday 11/21
Breakfast: 2.5 eggs, 1/3 avocado, spinach cooked in coconut oil, blueberries

Lunch: Salad with mixed veggies, sliced almonds, chicken, olive oil and lemon dressing. 1 apple

Snack: 1/3 avocado, 3 slices turkey, baby carrots and bell pepper

Dinner (post workout): butternut squash, sauteed jicima, carrots, celery and onions in olive oil. Salmon cooked in coconut oil. 1/4 of mango

Its amazing after one day of eating paleo how I can feel my energy change.

Snack: jerky, 10 hazelnuts

Snack: raw veggies, 5 pieces salmon sashimi, guac

Dinner: 1 glass wine, green beans, beef burgers cooked with a bit of olive oil, egg, almond meal and tomato sauce

Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, green beans, tomatoes with oil and vinegar, olives (about 10)

Out of town this past weekend but ate Paleo for most of it.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, spinach cooked in coconut oil

12:30 Lunch: salad with lettuce, cabbage, tuna, almonds, sun dried tomato, sliced almonds, oil and vinegar. 1/2 apple

4:00pm - Snack- 1/2 apple, 1 oz jerky, 10 nuts

Post workout snack: 7:00 1/2 chicken breast, 1 sweet potato

8:30- Dinner: roasted veggies cooked in olive oil, salmon in olive oil with olive topping. Strawberries - about a cup

9:30: 1 banana, almond butter, cashews (Kind of overdid it a bit with the nuts)
