Bad day though physically, did 50, 25, 25 air squats and 5x10 push-ups and head is not right. Not quite dizzy but not right.

Saw Dr. yesterday and asked about body fat measurement. He said due to my height (6'4") that none of the scales or electric measures will work. I'm outside the range and the range of error gets very big at this height. It was a hell of a motivator to think i had 50 lb of fat though.
Got a stomach thing, messing up ability to work out and eat. Feel like I'm losing muscle but good to know why I've been out of it.
Breakfast (really lunch):

flax seeds and eggs are gross
Lunch:
No real lunch - went to doc. have gastritis or h pi lori. Explains dizziness last couple days and bonk at saturday's work-out. Note on gastritis: Dairy, wheat, alcohol and sugar are top foods that aggravate it. Point for Paleo.
Also, if you're reading this and LOVE milk, my friend said you may be able to find RAW MILK by cloverdale at bi-rite. She thought whole foods also but i didn't see it there. (from paleo perspective, this is a gray area, but light gray, once in a while kind of gray)
Sweet Potato Chips (only ingredients sweet potatoes and palm oil)
Handful of Almonds
Small handful of raspberries.
No appetite today.
Dinner:
8-10 oz Salmon Steak - 400k [56p / 0s / 18f / Iron 13%)

Tomorrow get blood work done to set a baseline on paleo stats and also start treatment for whatever i got and also will test to rule out h pi lori. Fun times.
